I highly recommend this dental office. The staff are excellent in their profession, always friendly, and always very helpful. Dr. Steinbecker is the best dentist I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. I hope I never have to go anywhere else. He is highly skilled and incredibly nice. I've been going to this practice for years now for preventative appointments, routine fillings, and crowns. I have seen Dr. Albertson and Dr. Stowe on occasion when my doctor is out, and they are also great. The dentist assistants and dental hygienists are always friendly, skilled, and professional.

I love this practice. We have been to several others in the Triad area, but no one has shown us the family-like environment. Dr. Steinbicker performed a tooth extraction due to a badly broken tooth. He was kind, courteous and very thorough in answering questions I had. Felt absolutely no pain while the extraction was taking place. I was extremely nervous before hand but Dr. Steinbicker and staff handled everything like true professionals and I felt like they truly cared about my comfort. Even received a follow up phone call later that evening to make sure I was doing ok. Thank you so much!

Walked in on Monday and scheduled an appointment . Had 3 extractions done on problem teeth, Great job ! Looking at more work on my teeth, so called back on Friday. Talked with receptionist and she connected me with the dentist. He answered all questions that could be with out a full exam. After the doctor and I discussed various options , I scheduled a follow up appointment for full exam and plan for full treatment. Great people to work with ! Maybe I am lucky, but all this happened with in 5 days.
