I have been using the services of the Solon Smiles for several years and I am satisfied with the level of service from the doctors and all the staff. I would especially like to note the work of the treatment coordinator Olena. She always greets clients with a sincere smile and willingness to help with any issue. One day I had questions about an invoice for services and Olena quickly sorted out the situation and resolved all my financial problems. Another advantage of Alena is that in addition to English, she speaks two more foreign languages: Russian and Ukrainian and I feel comfortable communicating with her in Russian. I'm lucky that the Solon Smiles there is such an employee as Olena.

They accomplished an issue with my dentures in 10 minutes that I had purchased elsewhere, gone back 6-8 times for adjustments, and finally gave up on and reverted back to my old dentures till they broke. They were fantastic with service, friendliness, and professionalism. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had a crown come off on Friday morning early call their office that morning they were able to get me in the same day to get the crown re-cemented. Dr Miller is the best dentist ever every other dentist I've had has had to numb me extremely a number of times he actually uses numbing medications on your gums before he uses the shots of Novocaine so you don't feel it when he extracted my first tooth I felt him in my mouth and I felt pressure and the tool in my mouth and asked him when was he going to pull my tooth and he said he already had I had no pain afterwards every visit with him was excellent my daughter's teeth stopped falling out on her own so she had to have all of her teeth pulled out at like the age of five she was so scared Dr Miller pulled her tooth she actually got out of the chair ran down the hall and hugged him and told him thank you and told all her friends about him he was my dentist two of my friends dentist and was there childrens. I have a very rare brain disorder that sometimes causes people to get teeth pulled unnecessarily he actually was the one who diagnosed me which is like a miracle cuz even a lot of people have trouble getting a neurologist to diagnose them I never had any pain with him whatsoever and neither did anybody I know that went to him ever experienced any pain and I had a number of procedures done with him the only reason why he's not my dentist now if he doesn't accept my insurance
