Walked in on Monday and scheduled an appointment . Had 3 extractions done on problem teeth, Great job ! Looking at more work on my teeth, so called back on Friday. Talked with receptionist and she connected me with the dentist. He answered all questions that could be with out a full exam. After the doctor and I discussed various options , I scheduled a follow up appointment for full exam and plan for full treatment. Great people to work with ! Maybe I am lucky, but all this happened with in 5 days.

"A Perfect Dental Illusion" Cudos to Jo Anna, who today granted me perhaps the best dental news ever! Two months or so back, I bit on a hard nut in a snack mix. I heard a pop and felt something "slip". What was THAT? In my hand, THAT was a nut, surprisingly rather hard. It looked the same as the other nuts in the mix; for a second I wondered, Was it somehow "semi-metal"? That's what it felt like. Eagerly looking in the bathroom mirror, I was relieved to find all of the "pop-slip" tooth together, in one piece and...convincing marks of a broad crack, although I had no discomfort or pain. Sure as you're born, I now owned a cracked tooth, due to lousy luck while--of all things--relaxing with an enjoyable snack. Boo hiss! I felt embarrassed and bummed out that apparently my teeth were much more brittle than I'd like. A forty-something friend had recently shared his surprise, cracking a tooth while eating. Was I developing "glass teeth", approaching sixty years on the planet? Gadzooks! Figured I should "think brittle teeth", when eating. I began to alter how (if not what) I ate, for example, carefully biting into an apple with the mouth-side opposite the crack, so not to make bad worse, by inducing pain or separating the cracked area from the tooth. At today's dental visit, Jo Anna's professional eye saw differently. I'd earlier sensed her careful method, attentive to detail. Unpersuaded by my amateur diagnosis, she shared likely, alternative reasons for the "cracked" area's distinguishing color, texture and so forth. Further, she supported how natural it was to have concluded my tooth cracked. The related JOLT I'd felt was likely due to ligament wrapping around the tooth, which can move on impact, adjusting like a Shock Absorber. Ah, now I see! Jo Anna's depth-understanding was more than a little help. Get this. Where earlier I sensed the fragility of older age's approach, I now knew of more, the benefits of dental shock-absorbers. Learning of this protective feature was encouraging. With Dr. Steinbecker's generous confirmation of a "perfect dental illusion", Jo Anna healed my mind, heart and spirit from a woeful misreading. For sure, I'll continue to be careful how I bite into food. My sincere thanks, Bill Allen

Awesome! Today was my first visit as a new patient at Winston Smiles. I was very nervous changing dentist after many years. I can not express in words how knowledgable, nice and sincere Dr. Steinbicker was during my consultation/exam. I had to go out of town the next day to a funeral, and my tooth had to be extracted asap. WS took me in that day and I made my trip on time. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. I enjoy going to Winston Smiles!!! Love the people!!!

I had a root canal last week and also 5 teeth extractions this week by Dr. Albertson. This was by far the best dental experience I can honestly say I have ever had. I would highly recommend them for any dental work needed!

My daughter had to come in to get a baby tooth extraction due to an cavity and infection. We ended up having to come back 3 times due to her nervousness. Fortunately, Dr. Taylor is awesome. Her and the dental hygienist, took their time and was eventually able to get my daughter to comply long enough to get the tooth out. And this wasn't an easy task. She was in panic mode when we came in the 3 rd time. They went above phenomenal and I will be spreading the word how good they were. Thank you so much. I can't say enough good things.

Dr Albertson is the best caring dentist I've ever been too. All my fears of going to a dentist have disappeared after seeing him. I have had 4-5 visits now for cleaning and wisdom teeth extractions as well as cavities filled and an abscessed tooth extracted, and I am 63 yrs old. He has been very caring and never judgemental and always makes sure you are comfortable and not in pain. My first visit was even followed up with a phone call from him. If you are like I was and nervous and scared about going to a dentist . Then Dr Zach Albertson is the dentist for you. I highly recommend him .

Dr Z Albertson is the best dentist I have ever seen. Being 60 yrs old and still dreaded the thought of going to the dentist, He let me know each step and tell me what to expect next. I had to have a large back tooth extracted and I did not even feel the injections when he numbed up my gums, he put a numbing gel. I had expected pain but there were none. He told me exactly what to expect. He is an excellent Dentist compassionate about his field and cares about his patients. Answered all my questions before and during asked how I was doing. If you need a Dentist he is the one to see.
