Patient Financing
At Winston Smiles Dentistry, we want the financial side of your care to feel as clear and straightforward as possible. Our team is happy to help you understand your insurance benefits, estimate your portion of treatment costs, and review available payment or financing options before care begins.
Insurance
As a courtesy, we are happy to file dental insurance claims on your behalf and help you maximize any benefits available under your plan. Because insurance plans vary, estimated coverage is not a guarantee of payment. Any remaining balance after insurance has processed is the patient’s responsibility.

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time service is provided unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. We also offer secure online payment for existing balances.
Financing Options
For patients who prefer to spread out the cost of treatment, financing options may be available through CareCredit and Cherry, subject to approval. These options can be helpful for larger treatment plans or out-of-pocket expenses not fully covered by insurance.
